No, neither Customers, nor Innovators pay for membership of inyoursoup.
If you want to slurp, purchase, review, ask a question about an innovation, or add one to your bowl, you must become a member of inyoursoup. To see everything you can do as a member of inyoursoup, and for an explanation of our soup-related terms, click here .
On every Souper Store, in the “Store Statistics” bar, each Innovator states an estimated delivery time, in days.
Please take a look at that Innovator’s Returns Policy to see the conditions under which the Innovator will accept returns. You will find the Innovator’s Returns Policy on their Souper Store if you click on “Store Terms & Conditions” underneath the “Slurp Us” button. You can request a return by completing a Returns form which appears with every order on the My Purchases page in your dashboard. Alternatively you can message the Innovator by clicking the “Message Us” button, which is above the “Slurp Us” button on their Souper Store.
A Souper Store enables independent businesses to showcase their creative talents and sell their unique innovations to people around the world. To find out more, click here .
Only independent businesses can have a Souper Store, so any application from a business who is not independent will be declined on this basis.
You must register with inyoursoup here , and then, from your dashboard, click “Apply for a Souper Store” and fill in a short application form.
Yes, of course! We are looking for businesses all over the world to join the inyoursoup community.
We will respond as soon as possible to your application – however, considering the large number of applications we are receiving, please expect this to take at least a few days.
