delivery & returns

unique to each innovator

Each Innovator has their own Delivery and Returns policy, so please refer to these before you make a purchase. You will find this information on every Souper Store if you click on "Store Terms and Conditions" underneath the "Slurp Us" button.

If our customers experience any difficulty with delivery or returns of products we ask that they contact the individual Innovators directly through inyoursoup's instant messaging facility.

All contracts to purchase and sell are between our Customers and our Innovators. Please note that Customers who purchase goods from Innovators who operate in EU member countries have a right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Within this time frame, buyers can change their minds and return products without providing a reason. Please note that this rule does NOT apply to custom-made products and certain perishable goods, unless Innovators have specified that these types of goods can be returned. These Customers may, but are not obliged to, complete a Returns form and send it to the Innovator in question. The Returns form is located with every order on the My Purchases page in the Customers' dashboard. Alternatively, Customers can request a return by messaging details of the item to the Innovator in question, via the "Message Us" button which appears above the "Slurp Us" button on their Souper Store. These Customers may return any goods, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Goods will still need to be in a resaleable condition, and Innovators will be able to make partial refunds in some cases. If Customers properly exercise their right of return, Innovators must issue a full refund, including the original cost of delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or evidence that the item has been shipped back.

If you purchase goods from an international Innovator, please note that you may be responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country, unless otherwise stated by the Innovator.

All products purchased by our Customers from our Innovators include the cost of packaging and delivery (except International delivery) as provided by our Innovators.
