SHIPPING
All available items will be shipped in 1-3 business days, after receipt of payment, by registered mail with tracking number, in order to check the delivery status.
Shipping Schedules*:
NATIONAL > +/- 1-3 business days
EUROPE > +/- 3-10 business days
REST OF THE WORLD > +/- 5-20 business days

Be aware that during Christmas time it will probably take longer. Schedule variations depend also on the customs of each country.
We will always ship to the address that comes through on your order via inyoursoup.com. However, if you want to receive it in another address, please let us know.
We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address.
We are not responsible for delays or losses, but please contact us so that together we can try to solve the problem.
RETURNS
All items are handmade with lots of care and attention, please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work.
No returns accepted, unless the item you receive is not as advertised. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving a neutral or negative feedback.
If your item arrives broken or damaged and you wish to replace the item, please notify us first within 14 days of receipt. A replacement will be made once the item is returned. The item must be placed in relevant packaging to safeguard its return, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. The shipping back to you will be at our expense.
There is no refund for items not received due to incorrect address.
