If you are not completely besotted with your new shoes, you can return them to us for FREE within 14 days of purchase. If you keep them longer than 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the shoes must be unused with the protective film on the sole still intact and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.
If you'd like to return your shoes, please contact us at email@example.com or through the "Message Us" button here on our Souper Store page, so we can organise a Hermes collection and email you the necessary courier labels for your return package.

If you are returning items from outside of the UK, please clearly mark your package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. We cannot be responsible for any returns custom charges.
Once your return is received and we've checked that the shoes are in their original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if we have approved or rejected your refund.
If your return is approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit for the cost of the shoes that you are returning will automatically be sent to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, first check your bank account or paypal account and then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through the "Message Us" button here on our Souper Store page, with your order number and/or customer details and we will look into it for you.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
We take great pride in the superior quality of our shoes, but if you find a manufacturing fault with our shoes we are very sorry about that. Please email us at email@example.com or contact us through the "Message Us" button here on our Souper Store page, with details of the fault, and some pictures if you can, and we will be in touch to organise an exchange or a refund.
