If in stock, the item will be sent within two working days. If the jewellery item is not and stock and needs to be made, it will take 3-4 weeks to first complete before shipping. Please enquire at eily@eilyoconnell.com to see if in stock or if you have a tight deadline for a gift/ birthday etc.

RETURNS
If you are not 100% happy with your jewellery purchase, you may return it for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving. Please return the item(s) as you received them, unworn and in original box. We will email you confirmation when we receive the returned goods and aim to process refunds within 14 days if undamaged and eligible for refund. All returns must be approved by Eily O Connell.

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, we recommend you use a tracked postal service, as the items are your property until they return back to us. Email us at eily@eilyoconnell.com and simply post the item(s) back to:

BESPOKE ITEMS
Bespoke items are not eligible for return or refunds. Unless the item is faulty, no exchange, credit note or refund can be offered. Once a bespoke item is delivered to the agreed client requirements, further alterations are subject to a charge.

FAULTY ITEMS
Should there be anything wrong with your order, please get in touch immediately and we will do our utmost to arrange a speedy exchange or refund of your purchase.

We do not take responsibility for goods returned damaged, having received no prior notice.

We will not disclose your information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers, or subcontractors.
